Well, I did  a lot.

So, what does this tool do?

In C# there is a class that handles the Dates and Time, but you have no way to get the formatting in real time, if you want to see how it formats it, you need to run the application.

This tool aids you with the formatting, providing you the list of valid parameters and their outputs, as well as a text field where you can experiment create your own DateTime formats.

Plus, it generates the code for the format you designed, and in a click you can copy it to the clipboard.

This is an internal tool I developed for my projects, but I figured I could share it. It should automatically detect and output in your current culture settings.
